Problem Note 54134: NullPointerException when attempting to obtain SAS® Migration Utility package for migration

When you migrate SAS® Enterprise GRC, one step is to use a SAS Migration Utility to gather information from the source environment. That might fail with a NullPointerException like the following:

This occurs because SASApp is of type dsbatchserver, and is not associated with a logical application server. To resolve the problem, delete the SASApp server from the Server Manager in Metadata, and run the SAS Migration Utility again:
- Log on to the SAS Management Console.
- Navigate to Environment Management ► Server Manager.
- Right-click SASApp server and select Delete.
